Document Service
Our International Document Service offers a door-to-door service for time-sensitive documents with no commercial value. Documents are defined as unbound printed paper i.e. letters, reports, memos, proposals, tenders, plans, banking or shipping documents or similar paper based documentation up to 5kg’s in weight.
Non-document Service
Our International non-document service offers a door-to-door service for time sensitive non-document requirements. Non-documents are defined as anything other than documents e.g. Documents containing photographs, document shipments exceeding 5kg’s, electronic equipment, x-rays, books, advertising material, samples, videos, spares and other non-document commodities.
Airfreight
Road Freight
This is a normal road freight service for delivery to major centres in Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, and Eswatini (BNLS). This service is competitively priced, and delivery is made within 48 – 72 hours depending on the destination.
Express Road
This is an express road service for urgent consignments for delivery to major centres in Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, and Eswatini (BNLS). This is a 24 – 48 hour service depending on the destination.

Special Consignments
Restricted/Dangerous Goods
BEX can arrange the shipment of goods of a restricted/hazardous nature. Any consignment that falls into this category for carriage by air must conform to the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and be packaged accordingly. Due to the specialised nature of these consignments, all dangerous goods must be specified, and they must be pre-arranged with BEX.
